Account & Login

To open an account at 9kkbd, you need an active mobile number and must be at least 18 years old. Simply fill in your name, mobile number, and password on the registration form — the whole process takes under three minutes. An email address is optional but recommended for password recovery.

No. Under 9kkbd's rules, each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, both accounts may be suspended and any accumulated bonuses forfeited. Compliance with this rule is mandatory to ensure fair gaming.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent within seconds. Verify the OTP, then set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.

Basic verification (mobile OTP) is sufficient for deposits and small withdrawals. However, larger withdrawals or transactions above certain limits may require you to submit your National ID or other identity documents. This is done solely to protect the security of your account.
